Jim is a master at what he does. He spent a good deal of time tuning a piano I inherited from my mother and explained why things were as they were and what I can expect. I now have a better understanding of how to care for this 75 yr. old upright. He explained much which manages my expectations for this ol' piece. He was patient, methodical and thorough. He makes it easy to schedule an appointment on line and responsive with his texts. Highly recommend!
